Hey Friends, Jessica here aka Barnhouse Momma. Thanks for stopping by. A little about our journey. Derek and I are high school sweet hearts. We always knew we wanted to buy land and live near family. We were able to make that dream into reality in 2018. We contracted out our barndominium build and moved in March 2019. We tried to be as cost effective with the building process as possible, waiting until we saved up a bit before we did upgrades and projects. We have slowly been working on budget friendly DIYs to customize the interior and exterior. When we are not working at our day jobs (Derek: HVAC business owner and Me: Physical Therapist) we are busy keeping up with our 3 daughters, doing house projects and dabbling as amateur beekeepers.
